About

The Project

I’ve come to a realization: I have too many ideas. Not just that, but I have too many good ideas. My method of idea recording has always been writing it down to get to later, but keeping the ideas to myself, so that no one would steal my ideas. At this point, I have more ideas I wish to pursue than a lifetime and monetary means allow for. I have determined that my apparently unique ability to derive different observational analysis of almost any topic when given all the basic information needed to form a decent understanding of the topic itself. In order to make progress, problems that have been stubborn in revealing their solutions, must be looked at from a much simpler, ignorant (for lack of a better word), but unique, perspective. The ideas I have span many disciplines, and to pursue all of them would require a degree in many fields. As much as I would love to accumulate degrees needed to satisfy my many curiosities, monetary concerns abound.

About Me

My perspective is unique. I did not graduate high school, although I did get my GED. I spent a few years at a community college to receive a 2-year degree: an associate’s in science. I applied to Michigan State University for a bachelors in astrophysics and was accepted. I am an artist, a philosopher, a scientist, among other things if it suits me. I’ve taken an IQ test, the WAIS (Weschler Adult Intelligence Scale), my score being 151 after maxing out the scale in all categories except working memory. I have been diagnosed schizophrenic most recently, having had the diagnosis of bipolar with psychotic features and schizoaffective disorder bipolar type previously. I’m married, and have been for almost 6 years, after having been married to my then boyfriend of 4 years at age 19. I have no children. I’ve spent professional time as a web and graphic designer, diverting into other computer programming languages and techniques, being an active part of the internet for about 15 years. I have worked at my fair share of fast food restaurants and other minimum wage jobs. I have spent time in psychiatric hospitals and in jail, and have lived a life where monetary issues were the last things of concern, and also when rice and beans would be a daily dinner. I am well travelled, having checked off China, the UK, Mexico, Canada, and many states within the United States. You can see my personal timeline here (insert link). It can help you understand my point of view.

How This Works

I will post small inklings of an idea on several social networking sites (see sidebar, “The Network”), sometimes including a small clarifying description. Each idea will be its own post on this blog, and sometimes I will add on to the idea, or enhance the description of it if I continue with more thoughts along the same line. Along with non-fiction ideas, I will occasionally share creative writing prompts or ideas for stories. Comments and discussion are always welcome, and may be done here on the blog, or other places the ideas have been posted. If you wish your discussions or comments be posted to all the places the idea is posted, you may let me know via e-mail or other source and I will do it for you, or you can do it yourself. Each social networking site these ideas are posted to are listed in the sidebar. Please read the guidelines before engaging in conversation. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me using the form on the sidebar.
