Guidelines

Here is a list of guidelines for my ideas and this project. Please read these carefully before you use any of these ideas, or choose to discuss any of these ideas with anyone.

  1. All of the ideas are free for the taking. The reason I am posting these ideas is because I will never be able to investigate them on my own with my lifetime and my lack of monetary sources that if present, would put me in the position to explore all of them. While stating that these ideas are from this place (and therefore, me) is always nice, but unnecessary.
    1. If you wish to credit my ideas, you may do so by including my name somewhere in your work and let me know if you’ve used an idea. If the idea is being used and I have been informed, I will include such things in the main collection of my ideas.
  2. Discussion of ideas in a web-related format is always welcome. Feel free to use where the idea is posted, if comments are allowed, to discuss the ideas with others. I may poke myself in to the discussions if I see fit, i.e. if I have some valuable insight, clarification, or thoughts that expand the scope of the idea.
    1. Please be nice when discussing these ideas with others, although I will do little to monitor such things. Remember that healthy discussion can be invaluable.
    2. If you wish to discuss or comment the ideas with me directly, there are several ways to contact me, and those ways are stated here.(INSERT LINK)
  3. I do not guarantee the security and privacy of these ideas. Remember, I am posting these ideas publically for a reason. These ideas are free for anyone to find and use, therefore I am not responsible if you choose an idea to work on and find later that someone else has already chosen it.
    1. It is nice if you comment or indicate publically (on the source of the idea, i.e. Blogger, Twitter, Tumblr, etc.) that you are using the idea for something. This can help prevent others from doing work that you are already doing, or help you to get contributions from others for this idea and where it may lead from their perspective.
  4. I am not responsible if you invest time in an idea and it proves to be a falsehood. These are brainstormed ideas, and even though they stem from pieces of already-certain information I have put together in order to form the idea, the idea may be flawed and may not be outwardly obvious. I am not responsible for your lost time and research investments.
  5. Feel free to contest or support ideas using various sources. If you have some kind of source that either supports or contests an idea, please post a small snippet as to why it does so and a link to or citation of the source. These are very welcome and will greatly assist in the learning on my end, as well as help others who visit.
